  • •Internship eligibility: targeted for 2027 bachelor’s and master’s students; full attendance required in summer, and availability for 2–3 days per week after the semester starts.
  • •Relevant majors in automation, mechatronics, electronics/electrical engineering, mechanical/precision instruments, optics, energy/power machinery, fluid machinery, refrigeration/low-temperature engineering, applied mathematics, big data/AI, or related fields.
  • •Strong interest in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Good analytical, learning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • •Good communication and teamwork skills; able to read English technical materials and proficient with Office and common office software.
