•Greet customers and provide a unique and memorable shopping experience, ensuring they feel pampered, heard, and well advised.
•Offer personalized consultations to visitors based on customer type and product category.
•Support the store manager and specialists in daily activities.
•Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) and adapt to strategic changes and new action plans set by managers.
•Organize and manage stock and deliveries and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements

•Diploma di scuola superiore (high school diploma)
•Good knowledge of English; French knowledge is a plus
•Prior experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments
•Knowledge of the main retail KPIs
•Strong team orientation and flexibility, able to adapt to changes and new action plans from managers
