Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and operational readiness.
•Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on objectives, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs.
•Bring clarity and structure to complex workstreams by defining program plans, success criteria, and execution frameworks.
•Create and maintain repeatable, scalable systems and processes, balancing long-term operational excellence with short-term pragmatism.
•Identify and manage risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in IT or technology vendor industries.
•Hands-on experience with hardware solutions, hardware lifecycle management, or hardware-dependent infrastructure environments.
•Familiarity with infrastructure build projects (e.g., data centers, edge deployments, network installations, or similar).
•Strong track record of cross-functional alignment across engineering and operations.
•Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving programs and establish scalable systems, workflows, and governance.
