Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial high-end renovation projects.
  • •Read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define requirements; prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates/budgets, cash flow, work plan schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Lead and guide project delivery resources/team; conduct bid analysis and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement change management, assess impacts (scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk), issue change orders, and track progress/variances with action plans.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Prior experience working with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
  • •Proven track record managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously, with ability to deliver under pressure or fast-paced environments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including MS Office, MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and other MS software.
