Build, deploy, and improve machine learning models powering a two-sided rental marketplace. Own projects end-to-end—from problem framing and feature work to A/B experimentation, launch, monitoring, and measurement. Tackle demand- and supply-side modeling spanning renter acquisition, intent signals, ranking, personalization, and marketplace optimization, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate customer, marketplace, and business problems into ML objectives, features, models, and measurement plans.
•Build, deploy, and iterate on production ML models for ranking, personalization, renter intent, acquisition, and supply-side optimization.
•Own projects end-to-end, including feature engineering, model development, A/B experimentation, launch, and monitoring.
•Apply statistical learning and causal inference to model development, evaluation, and tradeoff analysis.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to align success metrics, deployment plans, and downstream impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of industry experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production, end-to-end.
•A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
•Deep proficiency in Python and SQL across the full model development lifecycle.
•Familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks including scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch (or similar).
•Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and strong grounding in statistical learning, experimental design, and model evaluation.
