  • •With the Engineering Delivery Manager, manage and plan engineering activities to meet cost, schedule, and risk commitments.
  • •Consolidate and track total costs associated with your scope.
  • •Set up and monitor technical and progress indicators for activities in your scope, supported by engineering leads.
  • •Contribute to root-cause analysis and lead corrective actions.
  • •Identify the engineering skills and resources required to achieve milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Grande École or university Bac+5) with an electronics focus.
  • •Significant experience leading engineering work packages (global solution level/element of solution) or system engineering on complex projects.
  • •Knowledge of project development stages, with ability to deliver within deadlines, cost, quality, and performance targets.
  • •Ability to analyze root causes and drive associated corrective actions.
  • •Strong communication skills in French (oral and written), including negotiation and convincing.
