Lead Lean-based process standardization and continuous improvement across Spreetail's European network (UK, Germany, Italy, France, and upcoming Spain). Own SOPs, drive audits, optimize costs, manage ICQA programs, and collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to deploy Linnworks enhancements and train site leaders in a multi-site, cross-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, document, and maintain a comprehensive library of EU SOPs covering core warehouse workflows (inbound, outbound, returns, inventory management).
•Conduct regular audits at FC sites to assess SOP compliance, producing findings reports and actionable follow-up plans.
•Lead continuous improvement and cost-optimization initiatives across the EU network using Lean, Kaizen, and 5S to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
•Own the design and governance of inventory control and quality assurance programs, including cycle counts and investigations into discrepancies.
•Define, audit, and report on a KPI framework for operational performance across EU sites, supporting managers with root cause analysis and improvement plans.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment, or supply chain, preferably within a 3PL, multi-site, or cross-country distribution center environment.
•Demonstrated expertise in process design, SOP writing, and operational auditing, with the ability to write practical, structured instructions for warehouse-floor teams.
•Proven track record delivering continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, or 5S (Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred).
•Deep understanding of core warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, returns, VAS) and experience managing inventory control and cycle counting programs.
•Proficiency in WMS platforms (Linnworks highly desirable) with strong data analytics to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.
