Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process condition and technology to maximize yield and reliability.
  • •Upgrade process capability, reduce production cost, and improve cycle-time and productivity.
  • •Set up process parameters for semiconductor equipment and evaluate new equipment/materials.
  • •Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues.
  • •Coordinate process/equipment/material evaluations, support audits and process qualifications, and liaise with material suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.

  • •Ability to apply digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, problem-solving, and operational work.
