Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across a portfolio of larger or more complex clients.
  • •Build a detailed understanding of clients’ business, people strategy, employee value proposition, and wider organisational priorities.
  • •Lead complex client projects and provide strategic advice across health, risk, and employee benefit considerations.
  • •Undertake comprehensive reviews of clients’ employee benefits arrangements and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • •Lead the renewal and broking cycle with Aon’s broking team and design employee benefit solutions aligned to clients’ reward, health, wellbeing, and workforce strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience within the health and benefits sector with strong understanding of healthcare and risk markets.
  • •Proven track record advising larger or more complex clients and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong consulting capability to assess complex requirements and translate them into clear, practical, commercially appropriate recommendations.
  • •Experience managing complex renewals, client projects, or strategic benefit reviews.
  • •Strong commercial awareness to retain and grow client relationships and develop an opportunity pipeline.
