Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain ROI-driven financial models for strategic initiatives, including incremental headcount asks and product/platform investments.
  • •Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning with focus on cost structure, operating leverage, and spend efficiency.
  • •Track and analyze product and initiative-level metrics such as cost to serve, unit economics, productivity, staffing modeling, and margin drivers.
  • •Provide scenario-based and ad-hoc analysis to quantify financial impact of technology, tooling, and staffing optimization, including risks and outcomes.
  • •Partner across Product, Sales, and Customer Success/Support to inform roadmap prioritization and prepare investor materials as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in product finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
  • •Strong SaaS/product finance expertise, including key subscription metrics and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, able to build scalable models from scratch.
  • •Experience with FP&A/planning and analytics tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Vena Solutions; Tableau/Looker/Power BI preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field; Master’s or CFA is a plus.
