Own the strategy and execution for an agentic AI platform powering customer experiences across Jerry’s homegrown systems. Key Responsibilities

•Keep the current AI platform running while driving architectural decisions for its future state.
•Learn and apply prompt engineering workflows, including writing and updating prompts and identifying bottlenecks.
•Define and drive prompt consolidation from multiple locations into a unified platform.
•Own chatbot technical prioritization and coordinate the team to move without adding process overhead.
•Lead emerging technology decisions and influence AI investment choices through an OpenAI relationship and product presence in the ChatGPT store.
