Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through the interview stage, participating in go/no-go and green light analyses under delegation of authority guidelines.
  • •Interface with technical and business development staff to develop submittals and materials that support winning new contracts.
  • •Provide leadership to pursuit teams across schedule, templates, compliance, content planning, messaging, and proposal production; may serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections.
  • •Ensure document design and formatting comply with RFP instructions and internal brand guidelines (e.g., fonts and layout).
  • •Facilitate pink/red team and quality reviews, implement revision direction, write/edit tailored resumes and past performance content, and support special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years managing design proposals, especially winning work for A/E pursuits (or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education).
  • •Strong understanding of proposal and presentation strategy development and compliance, plus proposal writing and production.
  • •Detailed knowledge of marketing best practices, work processes, and tools.
  • •Working knowledge of InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • •Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and in collaboration; strong organizational and administrative skills to manage deliverables on schedule.
