Diagnose product faults, assess repairability, and prepare repair quotes for accepted or under-warranty cases. Perform repairs and handle product exchanges for approved claims while responding to customer requests. Based in Champlan, you’ll also participate in technical training and transfer skills to new joiners, supporting the Service Réparation et SAV team with accurate, methodical work.
