Job Summary

Build and maintain a monthly roadmap of AI-powered workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and HR/TA. You’ll design and ship workflow automations, stand up tools, and wire integrations into core systems like CRM, HRIS, finance tools, and Slack. Train teams to adopt these workflows, troubleshoot issues with end users, and track usage and ROI while collaborating with the CTO and Chief Architect.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and deliver a monthly roadmap of AI workflows for multiple departments, prioritizing productivity or cost impact.
•Identify repetitive manual work and design AI-driven workflows to replace or accelerate it.
•Configure tools and build automations, then iterate and fine-tune workflows after launch based on usage and feedback.
•Integrate AI tools into core business systems (CRM, HRIS, finance tools, Slack) and evaluate/pilot new tools by department use case.
•Train teams, troubleshoot adoption issues with end users, and track usage and costs with monthly ROI reporting to leadership.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience implementing AI/LLMs and building workflow automation or related hands-on technical work.
•Ability to write and modify code for simple internal business applications (production-grade code not required).
•Experience building integrations or automations using tools like Zapier, Make, APIs, or low-code/no-code platforms.
•Comfort working cross-functionally with non-technical teams and training/troubleshooting users.
