Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Engine Program Managers in building and maintaining the integrated program plan and tracking milestones, reviews and key deliverables.
  • •Consolidate schedules, dependencies and interfaces across activities (development, procurement, testing, external partners).
  • •Identify deviations from plan and support mitigation actions.
  • •Support cost tracking for the engine program: budget follow-up, cost-to-complete and EAC updates; interface with Finance and Procurement.
  • •Maintain the program risk register, support risk reviews, track mitigation actions and escalations; ensure risks are visible, structured and followed up; prepare program status reports and management dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, project management, industrial management or a related field
  • •First experience in project or program management in a complex technical environment (space, aerospace, energy, industrial systems, etc.)
  • •Solid understanding of planning, cost tracking, risk management and reporting
  • •Structured, rigorous and reliable
  • •Fluent in English; French and/or German is a plus
