  • •Investigate highly complex auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and physical damage, including total loss settlements.
  • •Negotiate liability for comparative negligence and evaluate coverage concerns using prior loss history and SIU referral criteria.
  • •Analyze information to ensure regulatory compliance and determine settlement value; resolve first- and third-party physical damage claims within settlement authority limits.
  • •Resolve claims through proactive problem-solving and decision-making under moderate supervision, including effectively prioritizing workload.
  • •Clearly document investigation, negotiation, damage evaluation, and settlement decisions; support members and partners via communication channels and digital tools; assist with CAT response as needed.
