Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct accurate vehicle assessments, documenting cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
  • •Ensure accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
  • •Capture high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles to support CarMax websites and auction operations.
  • •Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, and onboarding support while following EH&S requirements.
