Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategic product decisions for the Digital Signage product line, including structuring the product and driving refactors aligned to the broader strategy.
  • •Engage engineering on platform architecture and core frameworks to shape product decisions across the platform.
  • •Apply the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) from discovery through delivery, treating AI as a product design tool and feature layer.
  • •Own adoption and correct application of platform frameworks across the product line by identifying gaps, misuse, and missed leverage in the codebase and roadmap.
  • •Own roadmap execution (prioritization, escalation management, delivery quality) and drive ARR growth through acquisition, expansion, and retention linked to adoption outcomes.

Key Requirements
