Own technical product strategy and delivery for Appspace’s Digital Signage platform, including integration-ready platform decisions and roadmap execution. Partner with engineering at the level of platform architecture and core frameworks, applying the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) from discovery through delivery. Drive ARR growth and customer adoption by translating escalations and support signals into prioritized product decisions across cross-functional teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Own strategic product decisions for the Digital Signage product line, including structuring the product and driving refactors aligned to the broader strategy.
•Engage engineering on platform architecture and core frameworks to shape product decisions across the platform.
•Apply the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) from discovery through delivery, treating AI as a product design tool and feature layer.
•Own adoption and correct application of platform frameworks across the product line by identifying gaps, misuse, and missed leverage in the codebase and roadmap.
•Own roadmap execution (prioritization, escalation management, delivery quality) and drive ARR growth through acquisition, expansion, and retention linked to adoption outcomes.
