Human Resourse Supervisor - Night Shift

Supervise and coordinate professional and administrative HR staff at the Ellijay site, overseeing personnel policies, training and orientation, and the administration of compensation and benefits aligned with corporate programs. Recommend HR program enhancements, support affirmative action and employee relations initiatives, and assist with separations, exit interviews, and reporting to reduce absenteeism and turnover. May represent the company in personnel hearings and support collective bargaining.
