•Lead the design and execution of marketing analytics initiatives across multiple channels and programs.
•Collaborate with Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand to translate requirements into durable data models and insights.
•Develop attribution frameworks (first and multi-touch) and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
•Build metrics, models, and dashboards to enable program owners to self-serve performance data.
•Partner with data engineering to create foundational marketing data assets and maintain dbt models.

•Understanding of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline tracking and field marketing measurement against pipeline and revenue outcomes.
•Ability to translate loose, evolving marketing requirements into well-structured dbt models, clear metric definitions, and actionable insights.
•Experience in a consulting role managing diverse projects across multiple companies and stakeholders.
