Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement as a strategic business lever by developing category strategies and engaging stakeholders early in the buying cycle.
  • •Build and scale a unified global procurement operating model across operations and geographies.
  • •Own the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, performance evaluations, service/quality standards, and risk mitigation.
  • •Establish SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for visibility into procurement savings, financial performance, and spend.
  • •Own and optimize Coupa as the procurement system of record and partner to ensure integrations with NetSuite support team workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •12-15+ years of progressive procurement experience, including 5+ years leading a team.
  • •Track record delivering quantifiable cost savings and efficiency gains through procurement initiatives.
  • •Strong negotiation skills for complex vendor negotiations, including SaaS, technology, and professional services agreements.
  • •Experience establishing SLAs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to provide procurement performance visibility.
  • •Hands-on experience with Business Spend Management platforms (preferably Coupa) and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
