Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business challenges and opportunities, using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
  • •Support credit performance improvements by connecting future credit drivers to historical behavior and testing hypotheses with monitoring.
  • •Develop hypotheses, analyze data, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts, and create monitoring plans.
  • •Partner with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to improve reporting quality, volume, service, and profitability.
  • •Drive decision-making using quantitative and analytic thinking to generate credit and market insights for leadership.

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or a Master’s in a quantitative field, or an MBA with quantitative concentration (or in progress with completion by the scheduled start date).
  • •1+ years of experience in statistical model building.
  • •1+ years of experience in SQL querying.
  • •2+ years of experience in business analysis.
