  • •Lead the team building and maintaining a platform enabling Wise teams to rapidly experiment and productionize Generative AI systems, providing tooling, guidance and guardrails for customer data safety.
  • •Guide sustainable growth of the function, mentoring other engineering leads and shaping multiple AI enablement and controls teams.
  • •Oversee availability, security, and ease of use of cloud-based platform, focusing on observability and service management.
  • •Collaborate with product teams to translate ideas into production, ensuring scalable and reliable delivery.
  • •Drive iterative improvements across services to balance speed and reliability while reducing engineering load.
