Job Summary

Design, develop, and support scalable enterprise data platforms while meeting privacy and data governance requirements. Build ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS using Spark, AWS Glue, Lambda, and automation tools, and work with Redshift and data lake technologies like S3, Hive, and Apache Iceberg. Perform query tuning, optimize performance, integrate diverse data formats, and provide production support and root-cause analysis for complex data issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark (Scala/Python), AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and shell scripting.
•Build and support ETL/ELT processes across AWS platforms, including S3, Hive, Apache Iceberg, and Amazon Redshift.
•Develop and maintain Redshift SQL/PLSQL code, stored procedures, and data-processing frameworks.
•Perform query tuning, performance optimization, and data-sharing implementations.
•Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and investigation for complex data platform issues and data anomalies.

Key Requirements

•Experienced technical resource who can design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise data platforms while ensuring privacy and data governance compliance.
•Ability to design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark (Scala/Python), AWS Glue, Lambda, and shell scripting.
•Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT processes across AWS (S3, Hive, Apache Iceberg, Amazon Redshift).
•Ability to develop and maintain Redshift SQL/PLSQL code, including stored procedures and data-processing frameworks.
•Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting complex data issues using Redshift SQL, MySQL, Python/PySpark, shell scripting, and Excel.
