Job Summary

Own and evolve Gradle-based build infrastructure for large-scale C/C++ codebases, improving productivity, reliability, and maintainability of the software delivery pipeline. Partner with architecture specialists and cross-functional teams to resolve complex build and integration issues, drive engineering standards, and lead third-party dependency/toolchain upgrades. Contribute hands-on expertise across memory management, performance optimization, compilers/linkers, and build automation to reduce friction across development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, maintain, and continuously improve Gradle build systems for fast, reliable, and scalable builds across C/C++ projects.
•Drive third-party library/framework/toolchain upgrade planning and execution to maintain compatibility, stability, and security vulnerability remediation.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define standards and resolve complex build and integration issues.
•Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce friction in the development lifecycle.
•Apply deep expertise in C/C++ and systems-level development to improve productivity, reliability, and maintainability of the delivery pipeline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,209,830 - 3,156,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
•Strong programming experience with C/C++, including memory management, performance optimization, and systems-level development in large-scale codebases.
•Hands-on experience with Gradle (build authoring, custom plugins, dependency management, and build performance tuning) with native/C++ build integration.
•Proven experience managing third-party library/toolchain upgrades in large-scale codebases, including breaking changes and security patch remediation.
•Solid understanding of compilers, linkers, and build toolchains such as GCC and Clang.
