Cost Manager CSA

Own end-to-end cost management for client projects, delivering quantity surveying services from design stage through close-out. Perform cost planning, bill of quantities, value engineering, procurement support, and contract administration with supervision. Monitor VO, claims, payments, and final accounts, produce monthly cost reports, and conduct commercial cost studies and market surveys. Coordinate with clients and other consultants across all project stages.
