Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize company products and services to meet monthly goals and sales activity for a designated target population and geography.
  • •Generate and manage a robust business pipeline to ensure effectiveness.
  • •Analyze industry landscape opportunities and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • •Create and deliver tailored sales presentations, pricing, and cost analysis based on prospects’ strategy and industry positioning.
  • •Manage relationships with assigned business providers and customers to expand opportunities and retain/develop new business.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent to a four-year college degree plus 19 to 23 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, and finance.
  • •Must have extensive knowledge of practices and regulations governing the retirement industry and implications for employer-sponsored retirement plans and self-directed IRAs.
  • •Must have extensive knowledge of industry issues and competitive products/services.
  • •Ability to gather, compile, interpret, analyze, summarize, and evaluate information and data to identify sales opportunities and recommended actions.
