Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with RCM, finance, front-office, patient experience, and other hospital teams to understand operational needs and challenges.
  • •Lead workshops and document requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria; review existing processes and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • •Define solution scope, priorities, dependencies, expected outcomes, and align stakeholders to maintain a shared understanding.
  • •Own assigned requirements and scope from initial discussion through final delivery; collaborate with product, development, testing, integration, data, and support teams.
  • •Support solution rollout through demos, testing, implementation, go-live readiness, post-go-live stabilization, and capture user feedback to continuously improve the in-house product.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes or RCM software products.
  • •Strong understanding of authorization, coding, billing, claims, denials, resubmission, reconciliation, and/or collections.
  • •Ability to engage with RCM users to capture needs and translate operational challenges into solution requirements.
  • •Experience contributing to the delivery or improvement of software or digital solutions, including gathering requirements with business and technology teams.
  • •Experience working in a hospital, healthcare provider, payer, or healthcare technology environment.
