Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and initiation through execution, launch, and close-out.
  • •Develop, manage, and monitor scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements to keep projects aligned with approved objectives.
  • •Provide clear stakeholder communication on status, risks, key decisions, milestones, and change impacts.
  • •Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, status reports, decision registers, and close-out records.
  • •Monitor project performance and track outcomes/benefits, supporting change impact assessment and effective project handover and close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects from initiation through close-out.
  • •End-to-end experience within construction, real estate, workplace, or capital projects environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • •PMP certification is considered a strong asset.
  • •Experience with Smartsheet or comparable project management platforms and strong capability with Google Workspace (or similar tools).
