Job Summary

Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the automotive paint shop, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Troubleshoot electrical faults across conveyors, spray booths, ovens, robots, pumps, fans, and utilities, and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime. Support installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, ensure strict electrical safety/LOTO and ATEX compliance, and complete accurate maintenance documentation to meet process and paint quality targets.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on paint shop electrical systems and equipment.
•Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in conveyors, spray booths, ovens, robots, pumps, fans, and utility systems.
•Identify and rectify issues with cables, connectors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and safety circuits.
•Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring electrical failures.
•Assist with installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and panels while following safety, LOTO, and ATEX requirements.

•High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training in Electrical Maintenance preferred.
