Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct training needs assessments with department leaders to identify competency gaps and development opportunities.
  • •Develop and maintain the annual training plan aligned with business objectives, workforce needs, and approved budget.
  • •Design, develop, and implement training programs and learning initiatives; ensure execution aligned to business needs.
  • •Administer and oversee hourly employee certification, including timely qualification, recertification, and compliance with standards.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight for the Training Technicians team, manage training effectiveness and records, and ensure compliance for audits and regulatory training requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Administration.
  • •3+ years of experience as a training lead.
  • •Expertise in STPS and training process.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Training Laboral Law.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and business-level English (speaking, reading, writing).
