Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately place purchase orders in company systems.
  • •Manage daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules with supplier supply chain management.
  • •Maintain product master data integrity in the merchandise management system, including EAN-matching and supplier data.
  • •Act as the primary liaison for international suppliers, handling operational inquiries and supporting contractual agreements.
  • •Coordinate returns between suppliers and warehouses and continuously improve pre-season and in-season processes.
