Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive organizational vision and operational strategy.
  • •Design, plan, and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures aligned to short- and long-term objectives.
  • •Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
  • •Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building an inclusive culture to meet organizational outcomes.
  • •Lead HSEMS participation and safety performance, including compliance, training/education, inspections, and ensuring proper understanding of discipline policy.
