Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal and external SharePoint sites.
  • •Improve SharePoint page visual design, layout, branding, and usability, ensuring accessibility and consistent presentation.
  • •Create and maintain visually compelling digital products (e.g., layouts, illustrations, charts, graphs, logos, infographics, and photos) for strategic and executive audiences.
  • •Provide graphic design, publishing, and media support for content such as leadership briefs, training materials, outreach products, and general information pages.
  • •Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to enhance organizational content, reports, briefs, and dashboards, standardizing templates and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related SharePoint development experience, including supporting SharePoint branding and user experience improvements.
  • •3–5 years of experience with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint SE.
  • •Experience creating and customizing SharePoint workflows in SharePoint Designer and creating customized InfoPath forms.
  • •Hands-on building and support of SharePoint sites, site collections, master pages, templates, web parts, content types, permissions, and customizations.
  • •Ability to balance technical SharePoint development with business-facing design and publishing requirements, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
