Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and continuously improve information security practices, tools, and procedures, including security operations monitoring and incident response.
  • •Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
  • •Lead compliance initiatives for SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and GDPR, including managing third-party audits and remediation.
  • •Oversee identity and access management (IAM) and ensure least-privilege access principles are applied and maintained.
  • •Build and lead a dedicated security team, collaborate with engineering/IT to embed security into systems and workflows, and evaluate third-party vendors and cloud services.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on experience in information security, IT security, or a related field.
  • •Experience with security and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • •Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure such as cloud services, SaaS, access controls, and security architecture.
  • •Excellent communication skills to translate complex security concepts for non-technical teams.
