Job Summary

Lead the design, build, and maintenance of RTAL’s Planning & Performance reporting infrastructure, ensuring structure, consistency, and scalability across business units and sites. Drive system administration and optimization to reduce manual effort and improve output quality. Establish data standards for integrity and governance, automate recurring processes, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cadences. Partner with Finance/P&P and IT/Systems, and coach a team of 3 while improving planning workflows continuously.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the reporting infrastructure (design, build, maintain) to ensure consistency, structure, and scalability across business units and sites.
•Lead system administration and optimization so P&P tools are correctly configured and maintained while continuously reducing manual effort and improving output quality.
•Establish and enforce data standards for integrity and governance, resolving data quality issues.
•Drive automation of recurring processes and develop standardized reporting templates used consistently across the business.
•Manage reporting cadence for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, build dashboards and presentation templates, and coach a team of three direct reports while partnering with the Analysis Team and IT/Systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field; professional designation such as CPA, CA, or MBA is an asset.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, systems administration, or planning operations, ideally in capital-intensive or operationally complex environments.
•Demonstrated leadership experience coaching and developing team members (leading a team).
•Strong systems proficiency with advanced Excel and data skills, plus understanding of data architecture, hierarchies, and governance principles.
•Experience with planning and reporting platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Workiva, Anaplan, or comparable solutions, including automating processes to reduce manual effort.
