Job Summary

Grow and support customer relationships across the Maritime provinces by promoting and selling Oldcastle/Permacon concrete products. Build new business opportunities, expand market presence, and deliver in-person presentations and product demonstrations. Represent the company at weekend home shows and industry events, manage sales reporting and forecasts using CRM and computer tools, and travel extensively throughout the region while participating in training in Quebec and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, and customers throughout the Maritimes.
•Promote and sell Oldcastle/Permacon products to existing and prospective clients.
•Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the region.
•Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations; attend weekend home shows and industry events.
•Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates using computer tools and CRM; travel throughout the Maritimes and participate in training in Quebec and Ontario.

Key Requirements

•Bilingual in English and French (required).
•Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
•Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing, construction, building materials, or a related industry.
•Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales reporting tools.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
