  • •Oversee maintenance of production equipment and supervise equipment technicians to meet company standards and minimize downtime.
  • •Repair and maintain production and test equipment.
  • •Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs, procedures, and repair processes.
  • •Manage training programs to ensure proper operation and adherence to preventive maintenance and repair procedures.
  • •Select, develop, and evaluate personnel; maintain inventory/spare parts and schedule manufacturing activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or related military technical experience.
