Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage P&C operational activities, analyze and document business processes, and enhance solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
  • •Supervise staff scheduling, training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignments, shift rotations, and backups for absent employees.
  • •Maintain confidential personnel records and manage onboarding, employee file updates, and processing of new employees.
  • •Oversee government relations for employees’ visas, renewals, Iqamas, work permits, licenses, and related documentation to ensure compliance.
  • •Support continuous improvement, health/safety/security/environment controls, hazard identification, and integrated management system reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • •6–8 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration.
  • •Good understanding of the organization and the region.
  • •Good command of English and the official language used in the country.
  • •Proficient communication, relationship management, teamwork, negotiation, and advanced organizational skills.
