Job Summary

Underwrite and service commercial equipment finance and renewable energy loan and lease relationships to support long-term, profitable customer growth. Partner with senior PMs/RMs to analyze complex credit approval documentation, conduct due diligence, and recommend approvals and exposure levels while identifying risks and mitigation strategies. Manage an assigned portfolio through underwriting/diligence, annual reviews, renewals, PD rating, financial reviews, covenant compliance, and periodic off-cycle risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite and service commercial loans and leases to build long-term Equipment Finance and Renewable Energy Finance customer relationships while maximizing portfolio asset/revenue growth and asset quality.
•Independently analyze and complete complex credit approval documentation, including due diligence, underwriting/credit approval package preparation, and recommendations for approval and proposed hold/exposure levels.
•Manage an assigned portfolio through original underwriting/diligence, annual reviews, renewals, PD rating assignment, periodic financial reviews, off-cycle risk rating considerations, quick turn increase requests, and covenant compliance reviews.
•Identify emerging portfolio risks and raise them to the Team Lead and/or LOB leader; develop mitigation strategies and communicate approval rationale to stakeholders.
•Participate in transaction structuring and internal credit conversations; may assist or lead special projects and support asset management equipment evaluations and legal documentation preparation/review/negotiation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's (4-year college) degree.
•3-5 years of experience (Senior Credit Analyst candidates preferred with 2-4 years).
•Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, including Excel financial modeling and financial spreading software.
•Strong written and oral communication skills, plus good organizational and customer service skills.
•Attention to detail with accurate work product, cross-referencing, and knowledge of policies and procedures.
