Job Summary

Support the Video team’s technical workflows, tools, and resources to keep video production and post-production efficient, up to date, and effective. Troubleshoot live and post-production issues across video technology (including cameras, audio, and studio equipment), assist on shoots and live streams, manage ingest/transcoding/exporting/uploading/archiving systems, and train video journalists and editors on production systems and new tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with video technology, including production and post-production software, cameras, lenses, and audio equipment.
•Execute technical work for live video, assisting in live and pre-recorded shoots and live streams.
•Assist with booking and ensure quality control on feeds and remote interviews.
•Train video journalists, producers, and editors on post-production systems and support adoption of new tools.
•Maintain the video studio and support weekend equipment/media requests, including smooth handoffs among London, Seoul, and New York.
