Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to process and policy questions and communicate requirements to Account Executives.
  • •Assist sales with quoting, deal structuring, and contract support across Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.
  • •Perform deal and contract value calculations and support revenue recognition and operational feasibility during negotiations.
  • •Manage queue-based cases in Omnichannel, document approvals, resolve within SLA, and redirect as needed.
  • •Analyze exception approvals and participate in User Acceptance Testing and ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of sales/customer support, sales operations, or customer order management experience, ideally in the IT industry.
  • •Hands-on Quote-to-Cash experience, including contract structuring and deal/commission-related calculations.
  • •Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
  • •Ability to respond to process and policy questions and communicate requirements to Account Executives.
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze exceptions, impacts, and approval requirements.
