  • •Find and explore opportunities across every step of the user journey using research, interviews, feedback, and data analysis.
  • •Design financial product experiences that reflect how people feel and manage their money across interactions, visuals, and copy.
  • •Build holistic experiences for complex products by mapping dependencies and creating a consistent experience across touchpoints.
  • •Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to review work, help define the roadmap, and communicate ideas via interactive prototypes.
  • •Work with engineering, Marketing, and Support to scope, prioritize, review, and ship high-quality features within delivery timeframes.
