Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with clients to establish short- and long-term goals and develop in-year test development schedules.
  • •Conduct job analyses and standard settings according to industry best practices.
  • •Work with Business Development, Sales, and Client Advocacy on proposals and participate in sales meetings.
  • •Ensure deliverables meet company and industry standards and complete tasks to competing absolute deadlines cost-effectively.
  • •Develop planning documents and technical reports; coordinate and prioritize project activities within contractual timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in education, measurement, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum three years of test development industry experience in education or professional certification/licensure (five to eight preferred).
  • •Knowledge of validity theory and measurement concepts.
  • •Experience facilitating job analysis and standard setting workshops in person and remotely.
  • •Ability to write detailed technical reports documenting test development processes.
