Medical Assistant (Gloucester/Cumberland County)

Provide hands-on in-home support as a Certified Medical Assistant, working with Providers before, during, and after visits to deliver early intervention and transitional care. Help patients with translation, information gathering, and vitals, perform phlebotomy and other directed medical tasks, review consent forms, and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate care through EHR/EMR systems, manage supplies, and drive independently (or with a Provider) to member visits across Gloucester and Cumberland County.
