Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
  • •Serve as a trusted point of contact during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
  • •Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
  • •Help close care gaps by reviewing consent forms and keeping documentation accurate.
  • •Coordinate visits and medical needs through EHR/EMR systems, maintain supplies, and support outreach to schedule visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
  • •Have at least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).

  • •Be fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
