Key Responsibilities

  • •Build production-quality prototypes (and, when appropriate, ship production front-end code) to validate UX direction quickly—often on tight timelines.
  • •Own and evolve Alchemy’s design system in practice: build and maintain reusable components, patterns, and interaction primitives that scale across products.
  • •Translate design intent into high-quality React/TypeScript UI, with attention to spacing, hierarchy, motion, and interaction polish.
  • •Drive system scalability: identify gaps, propose improvements, and ship additions that make the product ecosystem more consistent and faster to build.
  • •Collaborate tightly with product engineers to reduce rework and make the path from prototype → implementation smoother.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong front-end fundamentals and comfort building interactive UI (e.g., React + TypeScript; equivalent stacks welcome).
