Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal consultations and opinions to organizational units according to applicable legislation.
  • •Review and draft contracts, agreements, MoUs, and legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant systems and regulations.
  • •Study and analyze legislation, regulations, and resolutions, and provide opinions on their application and legal effects.
  • •Monitor legislative and judicial developments and propose updates to internal policies, regulations, and legislation.
  • •Supervise legal affairs technically, provide guidance, transfer knowledge to legal staff, and contribute to developing legal practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law (or higher academic degrees).
  • •At least 15 years of practical experience in the legal field, including providing legal consultations and drafting contracts, regulations, and legislation.
  • •Previous experience working for a federal or government entity within the UAE, with knowledge of laws, systems, and policies governing federal government work.
  • •Experience in the judicial field.
  • •Advanced skills in legal analysis and interpretation of legislation and regulations.
