Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the business to gather requirements and define technical action plans for robust data products.
  • •Lead projects from definition through delivery, including stakeholder alignment and testing strategies.
  • •Proactively monitor and govern data products for reliability, designing alerting frameworks to catch anomalies early.
  • •Build and maintain hands-on data models using modern software engineering practices such as version control, testing, and CI/CD.
  • •Manage pipeline orchestration with Airflow (hosted in Cloud Composer) and promote best practices for queries, version control, code review, documentation, and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years experience in analytics engineering (e.g., dbt, SQL, data modeling) with an understanding of what makes data products trustworthy and maintainable.
  • •High proficiency in SQL to build, robustly test, and optimize complex models.
  • •Strong sense of what makes a data product trustworthy, maintainable, and valuable to end users.
  • •Finance domain knowledge (P&L, FX, exposure, reconciliation).
  • •Experience with (or curiosity for) Domain-Driven Design and how it shapes team ownership and data structure.
