Key Responsibilities

•Provide standard and special customer service at check-in, transfer desk, special services, and boarding gates in line with service standards and procedures.
•Follow boarding procedures including announcements, priorities, staff briefing, and pre-/post-flight reconciliation (flight coupon reconciliation and head count confirmation).
•Guide and advise team members to uphold superior customer service and support safe, on-time departure operations.
•Oversee baggage arrival handling in the baggage hall, including priority bag processing and assistance with missing or damaged bags.
•Support ticket desk operations and, when required, Emirates Lounge duties, including ticketing/reservation tasks, documentation, and supervision of contracted staff.

Key Requirements

•Grade 12 (or equivalent) and completion of relevant professional training courses in Customer Services and Handling, Ground Operations and Reservations, and Fares & Ticketing.
•Minimum 3 years of airline industry experience.
•Knowledge of a Departure Control System and a Computerized Reservation System.
•Knowledge of check-in procedures and ability to deliver customer service.
•Fluent spoken and written English and local language, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
