Associate Project Manager

Manage short, 1–4 week proposal development projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-department teams across multiple time zones. Use web-based sales and project management tools to drive proposal writing, editing, review, and online submission. Ensure proposals are delivered on time, within budget, and in specification by scheduling and leading planning and status meetings. Serve as a point of contact for external freelancers/partners to gather needed materials.
